Custom Cut Brass Letters

Our high quality flat metal custom cut Brass letters can be produced using one of two brass letter cutting methods, Router-Cutting or Water-Jet Cutting.  The image below demonstrates the difference in the results for either router cut brass letters Brass Sign Lettersor waterjet cut brass sign letters.  Some sign letter styles or logos can only be produced using Water-Jet Cutting due to complex designs or small size, however for most custom signage projects, it is simply your individual preference.  Water-Jet Cutting of any of our metal letters will allow us to produce finer detail in the design than will the Router Cut method, however, keep in mind the fact that router cut metal letters will cost less.

Brass Letter Finishes

Once your custom brass letters or brass logo have been produced to the specifications for your sign, what then?  We can't be satisfied with brass letter products which simply are cut correctly... your custom brass sign letters must look elegant when we are finished.  We offer two beautiful finish options for our custom brass sign letters.  We provide satin brass letters and polished brass letters.

Satin Brass Sign Letters from Sign Letters OnlineSatin Brass Letters

Our satin brass letters will be finished with a satin like appearance by using a stroke sanding method on the letter face.  The sanding marks ( brush strokes, they are sometimes called ) will travel from the top of the brass letter to the bottom.  Horizontal sanding marks are available on special request, however, be aware that this will alter the appearance of the brass sign letters more than most people believe it will.

Our polished brass letters will gleam with beauty as they reflect the objects and the light which move around them.  There will be no sanding marks on these custom brass letters.
