Always unpack your shipment of sign letters and check the contents thoroughly. There is a great deal of care that has gone into producing and packing your sign letters. The associated items for your specific sign lettering installation, such as the threaded studs or adjustable pads for your sign letters should have been selected and packaged with your order. However careful the folks are who packaged your shipment, mistakes happen and errors are simply a reminder that we are human beings with all our weaknesses that accompany us in our daily work. There are checks and balances in place to be as error-free as possible... but things do happen. Because you should have a complete understanding of what you ordered, you are the "last line of defence" in the process to verify the shipment is correct BEFORE it is installed. Remember, this is your sign letter project. Check all parts of the shipment before beginning any installation process... you'll thank me later :-)
Be certain you have all the materials and tools necessary to complete the installation before beginning the sign letter install.
