Quality Aluminum Plaques

Prime Aluminum (Alloy #5052) ingots are used for aluminum plaques. Aluminum plaque faces are stroke-sanded with baked enamel backgrounds before being clear-coated and oven-baked with a two part hardened acrylic polyurethane.

     

 
 

Quality Bronze Plaques

Prime Bronze (Alloy 220 Commercial) ingots are used for bronze plaques. This alloy is lead and mercury free. Bronze plaque faces are stroke--sanded with baked enamel backgrounds before being clear-coated and oven-baked with a two part hardened acrylic polyurethane.

     

 
  Quality Brass Plaques

Prime Brass (Alloy C46400) is used for brass plaques. Plaque faces are stroke-sanded with baked enamel backgrounds before being clear-coated and oven-baked with a two part hardened acrylic polyurethane.
