INSTALLATION METHODS
Our Cast Metal letters will arrive with stud placements in the rear of each letter. These stud locations will be marked on any installation Drilling Template supplied by us. Using these studs, alone or with other hardware (not supplied), you should be able to attach our cast metal letters to most any surface. Please call with any questions. Drilling Pattern is Needed!
Double Rail Letter Mounting is when we prepare your letters to be mounted onto a pair of rails, which you will then mount onto the building surface. The attachment of the letters onto the rails is accomplished using stainless steel screws. Ships unassembled with all hardware for attaching letters to the rails and you will mount the rails to building using your own supplied hardware. Available for Aluminum Letters Only. Drilling Pattern is NOT Needed!
Bottom Rail Mount is when we drill for the studs to be going into the bottom of the letters (Bottom Stud Mounts) and then supply the rail for them to install onto. When we supply the mounting rail, it is a Bottom Rail Mount, and when we don't supply the Rail itself, it is a Bottom Stud Mount. Available for Aluminum Letters Only. Drilling Pattern is NOT Needed for Bottom Rail Mount!
