Gemlite Trimmed Plastic Letters

Gemlite Acrylic letters with accent trim attached (in a wide assortment of trim colors) are produced by cutting your sign letters from a flat sheet of high quality acrylic sign letter material using state-of-the-art equipment. Because there are no molds or forms to be produced to make each custom sign letter (these are required for injection molded plastic letters or thermo-formed plastic letters) we can quickly reproduce your custom signage needs at a reasonable cost.

Our GemLite Trimmed Plastic Letters offer beautiful sign letters for both interior and exterior signage applications. The mounting options are basically the same as our flat cut acrylic letters (plastic letters), except for the fact that for these trimmed letters cannot be mounted to a sign surface using the plain mount method due to the trim. The plain mounting for a trimmed letter would require a channel letter for attachment, which we do not provide.
